Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

The product must be in resalable condition with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and original invoice.

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation will not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items that have been used, damaged, or tampered with.

Products without original packaging or missing components.

Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such at the time of purchase).

Digital products, downloadable software, or activation keys.

Return Process

Pack the item securely in the original packaging.

Ship the item to the return address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer:

A replacement (if available), or

A full refund, including shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
